The room was well-equipped and well-appointed, with smoke detectors and great views of the hills above Bath. Location: the hotel was close to a local pub, the canal and the train station. Dined at Opa, it was a 10-15 minute walk from the venue.

I really appreciated Ling’s delightful breakfast spread and her attention to detail in the cozy decor. The relaxing garden and comfy seating areas were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Just a heads-up, the room I got was a bit on the snug side, but it didn't take away from the overall charm at all. 😊

Charming, Charming, Charming
Ling. Each morning, I indulged in a breakfast feast-think made-to-order eggs benedict and the best porridge with bananas for my runner's heart. The unique decor, with rooms named after apple varieties, created such an inviting ambience that I can't wait to return!
would recommend 😍❤️

Cozy stay with a friendly vibe
Place is super cute, and the owner is really friendly. Enjoyed chatting at breakfast while munching on some tasty special diet meals. Plus, the cat is an adorable bonus! Just wish the rooms were a bit roomier, but they were still comfy enough for us. Great location, just a short walk from the city center!

Perfect for a group getaway
We loved our three nights at this place. Breakfast was excellent, with so many choices, I mean I couldn't get enough of those delicious omelettes and the fresh toast with bananas. Ling, the owner, was on top of things, bringing water to our room upon arrival, like she knew we needed it! Just seemed like home.
Yeah, it wasn't exactly inexpensive, but you know what? It was still worth it.

We had an amazing 3 nights with friends! Ling, and the breakfasts were a real treat. The location is perfect for visiting the Roman Baths and the fine Abbey, both just a short walk away. Highly recommend this place for a fun getaway!
Our only downside was that we didn't have enough time to see everything we wanted, making it a bit rushed.

Ling greeted me warmly. The beautifully decorated room had all the comforts I needed, including an electric kettle for tea and coffee, appreciated. Breakfast options was so great. I indulged in the full English breakfast, and it was delicious. The location is perfect, just a short, scenic walk to the city center where I explored the Roman Baths and Bath Cathedral. Parking posed a slight challenge. Although reasonably priced, the nearby Cricket club car-park required a bit of a walk. For anyone with disabilities, the staircase access to rooms might be a consideration. All in all, my time here was nice, thanks to Ling and the charming setup of the B&B.

Good stay with excellent breakfast
During our three-night stay, we found the accommodations good. Our room was beautifully decorated and comfortable, and Ling's breakfasts were a highlight, with a variety of delicious options that catered to our preferences. The cute atmosphere, with Ling always ready to share her local insights. One minor improvement could be having a bit more storage space in the room.
